Eats | Turkey Burgers...


If you had asked me 6 months ago if I would ever make my own burger from scratch, the answer would have been a firm no. Surprisingly they are one of the easiest foods to make from scratch.

To make these Turkey Burgers, you will need:

500g Turkey Breast Mince
1 Egg
50g Oats
1 Tsp Seasoning of your choice


001) Preheat oven to 200c
002) Empty the Turkey Mince into a bowl
003) Add the egg
004) Add your seasoning of choice. In this instance I used Herbamare Pure Sea Salt with added Chilli but you can use anything that you choose.
005) Add the Oats
006) Mix.
007) Take the mixture and divide into 8 individual patties.
008) Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning half way through and ensuring that the burgers are cooked thoroughly before eating.
