Eats | Turkey Chilli Meatballs...

Sometimes on chilly days, you need some warm comfort food to block out the chill. For me that usually involves something like Spaghetti Bolognese or Macaroni Cheese.

One day I was having one of those days where I didn't know what I wanted to eat and was wandering around the aisles aimlessly. Then I stumbled across some Turkey Meatballs in the fresh meat aisle...and one thing led to another and Turkey Chilli Meatballs was born.

You will need:

12 Fresh Turkey Meatballs (1 Packet)
1 tin Chopped Tomatoes
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
1 small Onion
Handful of Peppers
1 Tbsp Worcester Sauce
1 Stock Cube (of your choice)
1Tbsp Tomato Puree


001) Chop up the onion and gently saute in a frying pan.
002) Add in the meatballs and lightly fry until they are cooked.
003) Add in the Chopped Tomatoes, Chilli Powder, Peppers, Worcester Sauce, Stock Cube and Tomato Puree and combine the ingredients.
004) Turn down the heat so that the meatballs are bubbling away nicely.
005) Cook for 40 minutes, turning the meatballs ever so often so they don't completely burn.
006) Serve with your accompaniment of choice - usually I go for Butternut Squash noodles or Courgetti.
