Fitness | Reasons to hit the gym...

Thinking about joining a gym? Need some reasons why? I have some right here.

Here are some reasons why I think hitting the gym is a good thing:

001) You will begin to see just how capable your body can be when you push it to the limit.

002) It will become easier to sleep at night (well it has for me anyway)

003) If you go regularly, you will begin to know some of the other regulars which is essentially instant motivation right there.

004) Exercise allows you to forget what else is going on in your life. If I've had a bad day at work, I always find that by having a class or two in the evening, my mood changes for the better.

005) Once you start seeing progress, it will become an addiction.

006) The feeling that you get when you realise you can now do something that you couldn't do 2 weeks ago is indescribable.

007) It is good for your mental health.

008) It is good for your confidence. For me it has led me to trying new things which I never would have done before (like Beast Race)
