Eats | Salted Caramel Balls...


You know me - I can't resist creating energy balls recipes. Previously I have created Gingerbread Balls, Brownie Balls and Cherry Bakewell Balls. However, this time I am bringing you one of my favourite recipes to date: Salted Caramel Balls.

These balls literally take 5 minutes to make and will keep nicely for a week or so in the fridge. Personally, I like to keep mine in the freezer and they keep for much longer that way.



You will need:

9 Dates
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
140g Cashews
60g Raisins
Some salt (optional)


001) Pit the dates and chop into fine pieces.
002) In a Food Processor, blend the Cashews until they are also in fine pieces. Not too much as you don't want a fine dust.
003) Add in the Dates, Raisins & Vanilla Extract and blend.
004) Roll into balls and place into an airtight container.
