Eats | Cinnamon Quinoa Bake...


Quinoa is a pretty versatile food that can be used in multiple ways. I got bored of using it the bog standard way as a substitute for rice so I started having a look for other ways to incorporate it into my day. One of the ideas that I kept coming across online was a Quinoa Bake.

This Quinoa bake is quite simply one of the easiest things you can make and it will keep for 4-5 days in an airtight container.


You will need:

2 1/2 cups cooked Quinoa
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Milk
4 Eggs
1/3 cup Maple Syrup



001) Preheat the oven to 180c
002) Cook the Quinoa according to instructions and leave to cool.
003) Into a bowl, add beaten Eggs, Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, Milk and Maple Syrup and combine.
004) Add in the Quinoa
005) Place mixture into a square tray and bake in the oven for 30 mins.
006) Leave to cool and then cut into pieces (I usually have about 9)
