Life | This Week #050...

001) Well this week the Yoga challenge didn't end up going too well as I injured my calve on Thursday during Sh'bam. So Thursday and Friday were pretty much written off. However, I was back on plan by Saturday with Body Balance.

002) Speaking of which, on Saturday I attended my Gym's open day and the nutter I am decided to do 4 classes: Pump, Sh'bam, Balance & Combat. Surprisingly I felt pretty good after 4 classes.

003) This week it became official that 2016 has been my busiest posting year surpassing 2012 which previously held the record. So yeah, I'm a little chuffed...

004) Last weekend, I had a lovely day exploring Aberdeen and seeing some of the painted doors and the commissioned graffiti in Union Terrace Gardens. Some of it is absolutely stunning!

Monday: Yoga for Couch Potatoes (Yoga with Adriene)
Tuesday: Yoga for Neck & Shoulders (Bad Yogi) *Props required
Wednesday: Body Balance
Thursday: Yoga for when you don't feel like doing Yoga (Bad Yogi)
Friday: Yoga for when you need to calm down (Bad Yogi)
Saturday: Yoga for when you're sore (Yoga with Adriene)
