10 things I have learnt since I started going to the gym...

001) Gone are the days that you will spend hours trawling online for an outfit for a night out. Now, you will spend your time looking up pretty work-out outfits and trainers.
002) Some people choose to not wipe down equipment after use (gross!)
003) Washing your gym kit will become the bane of your life.
004) #fitfam will become a common hashtag on twitter and instagram.
005) No-one will give a crap what you're doing in your work-out as they will be focusing on their own work-out.
006) Trying to book your regular classes in January becomes such a 'snooze you lose' scenario due to the surge of NY resolutioners.
007) Days where you don't feel the dull ache after a work-out, you wonder what on earth is wrong with you.
008)Rest days, although important, will leave you itching to get back in the gym to work-out (seriously!)
009) Your gym timetable will become one of the most important pieces of paper that you own.
010) Early morning work-outs will completely set you up for the rest of the day (it really does!)

  1. Where do you buy your trainers!? I need to start running soon (I am hoping with Islay along the river) and I have no clue where to get them!? and what to look for... help!! x

  2. I'm so glad that the resolutioners seem to have given up.
