For working out at home, you don't require much in the way of equipment (or even any!). Since I started working out from home, I have managed to build up a small collection of fitness equipment for use at home.
Here is what I currently own:
Yoga Mat
Foam roller
Resistance Bands
5kg Kettlebell
2.5kg Kettlebell
2 x 2.5lb hand weights
Obviously, you do not need to go and purchase heaps of stuff at once: I slowly built my collection up over time to the point that I am at now.
Resources:
There are endless resources both online and offline available for people wishing to work out at home. In part 4, I will be focusing on these more closely, but for now here are a couple of my favourites to give you a taste :) :

If you've missed part 1 & 2, then you can read them here and here. Stay tuned for part 4 where I will be discussing work-out motivation much more closely.
I think I still have Insanity from Chris!! Do you want a copy! :) You are probably the only person I think would actually do it! x
