Life | This Week #069...

001) This week I have managed to mainly stay on track with my macros which has been pretty awesome as I have felt much better about myself knowing what I have been eating.

002) As I'm beginning to get older, I am finding that I am beginning to appreciate the minimalist approach to life much more. So this week I have began to slowly reduce the amount of crap that I own by either throwing out things (like shoes which are clearly past it) or donating things to charity. Let's be honest, I'm hardly ever here to appreciate everything that I own. I also hate cleaning round everything...

003) In addition, this week I have also started to do the 5 minute jobs which just don't get done. For instance, I had a photo frame lying around with a picture ready-to-go and I had just never put two and two together. Now  that I have done it, it is now sitting looking pretty in my hallway. Next up is to put my kitchen door thing back together...

004) Now as you know, I had plumbing issues a few weeks back. Well on Thursday I had a similar issue coming from the flat above this time. Thankfully, it seems to have sorted itself out from what I can see and is drying up nicely. All I need to do now is paint over the water mark.

005) On Friday, I finally managed to purchase a new Food Processor. I say finally as I went to 4 different places and only on the 4th (Argos) did I find I Food Processor that was in stock. Crazy right? I also took the plunge and purchased a slow cooker which I am really impressed with. I made Honey Chilli Turkey last night and it was delicious.

006) I always think that the signs of a good workout are those where you are sore for days after. Since Thursday I have been feeling all the feels - Triceps and Glutes have been on absolute fire. Even now, a few days later, they are still burning...
