Life: This Week #032...

                                 

001) This weekend was spent in Edinburgh with my friend, exploring and eating our way around the city. I'll been posting what I have been up to shortly, so stay tuned for those!

002) Despite having to sit Tuesday's gym classes out, I actually had quite a productive week fitness-wise. In Body Pump, I managed to increase some of my weight selections (chest track - yes!) and I also managed to hold a better v-sit hold too without hurting my back.

003) In relation to the above, I have also cracked out my foam roller this week to iron out my muscles after a work-out. I've also been attempting to do a little more yoga to help prevent injury too.
