Eats: Homemade Trail mix...


Having a natural sweet tooth, I am drawn to anything that is not good for me. Scrolling through the internet looking for healthier options, I kept coming across trail mix time and time again. So what did I do? Made some of course.



Here is what I used:

100g Walnut pieces
250g Cashew Nuts
300g Peanuts
250g Currants
Pouch of M&Ms

Method:

001) Simply put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
002) Store in an airtight container. If stored properly, the mix will keep well for at least 2 weeks
although mine doesn't seem to last quite as long.
