Take one #1

I've been avoiding job-hunting today (although I probably will do some later). Instead, I've been browsing the high street stores and seeing what is in. To be honest, there probably was no point considering I don't have a job at the moment and I can't buy anything. Window shopping it is.

Anyway, while browsing, I popped onto Internacionale's site and I was looking through all of the lovely stock online and I decided to create some looks for you.

Internacionale, studs, jumper
For this first look, I have used the blouse mainly for detail under the jumper. I adore seeing collars poking out from underneath a jumper, especially if they are detailed. I have combined them with some acid wash shorts to add to the relaxed look. For accessories and jewellery, I have kept it fairly simple with one ring, earrings and a large slouchy tote bag. Finally for footwear, I added a basic pair of black pumps.

This look would be perfect for those days when you have to do boring grown-up thing such as the bank and food shopping. I would probably also wear this for mooching around the house (you never know who will turn up at your door).

Internacionale, coloured denim

For the 2nd look, which is another daytime look, I decided to bring some colour into the outfit. I used to stay  well away from coloured denim until I bought my first pair (from Internacionale actually) and I can't put them down. For this outfit I decided to go with a jade colour. To go with this, I decided to add a nude bag and pumps. For jewellery, I added a range of coloured beaded bracelets, which will look fantastic stacked up on one wrist.

This look would be great for meeting friends - whether it will be going to the cinema, shopping or if you're old enough - the pub!

The third, and final look is night. Overall, this is quite a simple look, with only three colours involved. I combined the blouse with wet look leggings (another item which, until recently, I avoided) and added some wedges. Then I added a basic clutch bag along with some bracelets which can be stacked. This look would be completed by wearing hair in a top knot using one of the hair donuts.

This look is most suited for a night out drinking & dancing with friends. When I go out, I like to look presentable ie not everything out. I can't stand dresses which are too short and need to be constantly pulled down or those which need pulled up at the other end. Believe me when I say I have seen a lot of horror stories/outfits gone wrong in Aberdeen.

Overall the looks I have created are all outfits which I would wear if I owned the items. They are very much 'me'. I don't have a favourite out of all three as I like them equally as much.

What do you think of the looks? Do you have a favourite? If so, which one? Have you ever shopped with Internacionale before?Have you seen any 'horror stories'/outfits gone wrong when you have been out?
