The Friday Five...

Image from weheartit

4 day working week
I don't need to explain :)

Darwin has been, how do I put it, hysterical this week. For something that's smaller than my hand, he has had made me laugh so much. The most recent being moving his nest on top of his flying saucer wheel and then proceeding to run on his wheel with the nest spinning round....silly boy!

Only complete when topped with topping of your choice: mine have been topped either with nutella or golden syrup :). How do you eat yours?

I have eventually bought season 1 on DVD and so I've been watching this most nights :).

Bizarre as it sounds, I have actually enjoyed cleaning. I've thrown out a heap of things along with 2 bags that are going to Charity Shops :)

Right, I'm away to get ready as I'm off to see Boyzone at the AECC tonight :)....my mummy's coming too (once she arrives that is...) :)

Who's that girl?

Meet Daisy - my 8 week old Syrian Hamster.

Daisy managed to capture my heart by sitting on top of the water bottle in the shop. Not the side, the actual top of it. It made me laugh a lot! I always look for personality in an animal rather than what they look like. At the moment, she is still settling into her new home and has taken a liking to her cardboard box. She has found her wheel and seems to enjoy it, although I think the noise that Darwin makes on his scares her a wee bit. I will have more pictures of her to share when she gains some confidence.

Not to leave Darwin out, here is some recent pictures of him:

Ok, so the last picture isn't strictly him. This is what I came home to after being at work all day. Normally the cereal box is on the big side down (if that makes sense) but he's managed to flip it. He also has cut a hole on the other side which looks like a little door. Interior designer much?

Currently listening to: I have a dream - Tangled Soundtrack
Currently reading: Sailboat

I'll be back soon with a non-related hamster post :).
